Forks for Hope's presents our first cook-away community give-back! 

Our cooking class trainees are taking notes with hands-on training from some of Middletown's best cooks for our Thanksgiving Day "Hot Holiday Meal Box" cooking event.

If you stopped by to request a Thanksgiving box please use our "Hot Holiday Meal Boxes" contact form. Please only include addresses if you are requesting a delivery. We do not discriminate against families or individuals requesting food under any circumstances. However, we do not assist residents living outside of Middletown. All requests may not be approved for delivery. 

Pick-Up; you can pick your box up on Nov. 26th at The Dream Center (834 Yankee Rd, Middletown, OH 45044).   

 Priority delivery is given to families residing in Middletown with school-aged children and or elderly adults.

WHO CAN REQUEST A HOT MEAL BOX?

Anyone living in Middletown, OH, or within thirty miles. We give priority to low-income families residing with school-aged children currently living in Middletown. 

HOW DO I REQUEST A HOT MEAL BOX?

Use our website's " HOT HOLIDAY FOOD BOXES" contact form. Please fill out the form with the # of meals (NOT boxes) you are requesting, genders with ages included. 

For pick-up requests (EX. 3 meals, Female age 12, Female 45, Male 47 ) 

For delivery requests please include address & zip code! (EX. 3 meals, Female age 12, Female 45, Male 47 1234 Better Day RD. 45044 Middletown )

WHO ARE THE COOKS? 

Our cooks are future "Forks for Hope" trainees, seasoned cooks, and professionally experienced chefs.

WILL MY FAMILY BE SAFE CONSUMING HOT MEAL BOXES?

Yes, all of our cooks have received COVID-19 ServSafe training provided by Key Better Days Society.

We take food safety very serious proper PPE, hygiene, and sanitization are

required for all cooks.

HOW MANY HOT MEAL BOXES ARE EACH FAMILY ALLOWED?

Only one box per family is allowed, however, you may request up to four individual meals per family.

CAN MY HOT MEAL BOX BE DELIVERED?

Yes, due to limited volunteers we will only deliver a selected amount of boxes. Please make sure delivery requests include the correct address you want your donation to be delivered.

WHERE CAN I PICK-UP HOT MEAL BOXES?

Please check back on November 1st, 2020.

HOW DO I ENROLL IN THE FORKS FOR HOPE COOKING PROGRAM?

Unfortunately, classes are not open for enrollment until January,03 rd, 2021.
